Description of problem:

Today I received 4 mails from beaker saying I have been holding 4 systems for long time and I should release these if not using systems.

I own these systems and they are not shared. So I have no plans to release the
systems. 

I think these reminder mails should be generated only for shared systems and
not for individually owned systems.
