Terminal seems to leak memory quite badly in Rawhide. I'm using it as a replacement for gnome-terminal which is crashy at the moment, but after it's been up a while with a few tabs open, it winds up using multiple GB of RAM, I have to close it and start it again. Should be fairly easy to reproduce, just run it with multiple tabs for a while and check top/htop.
Interestingly this doesn't seem to happen to other vte using terminals (I tried roxterm). I'll try and valgrind it, or feel free to do so there and attach the output here.

Fixing the title here. Sorry for the spam.
Filed upstream: http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6921
It may be worth mentioning in the upstream report that all *other* VTE-based terminals don't have this problem in Rawhide, so there's definitely something Terminal-specific. -- Fedora Bugzappers volunteer triage team https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers
Sure. Can do.
This is still going on. I had seen this bug, shrugged, and switched to gnome-terminal, but now that's broken in other ways. :) Maybe upstream could use a nudge?
Yep. I have been using roxterm here (which is a fine terminal program, but Xfce can't remember where you had positioned them, so you get only one in the wrong place on login). I'll see if we can get upstream interested...

Terminal-0.4.6-2.fc15 should have this fixed now. ;) It should be in tomorrow's rawhide. If folks see this after upgrading to this version, please re-open or file a new bug on it. Thanks.
