Description Felix Braun 2010-11-28 21:45:33 UTC
Description of problem: When I start xfterm4, even an idle terminal uses ~9% of CPU in xfterm4 and another ~15% in Xorg. For comparison: sakura and gnome-terminal don't show up in top and Xorg is at 0.7%.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Terminal 0.4.5 (Xfce 4.6.2)

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start xfterm4

Actual results:
see CPU burn battery

Expected results:
CPU gets a rest, when Terminal is not in use

This looks like a dup of 657080. The memory increase also has a cpu effect. ;(
