Gwget crashes when changing the order of downloads in the queue.
In the settings the maximum number of downloads is limited to two.

How to reproduce
-----
1. move up (down) one of the downloads
2. press "pause all downloads"
3. press "restart all downloads"
4. see gwget crashing
wget continues downloading one of the positions of the queue (probably the first)
