From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020617

Description of problem:
After upgrading to kernel-2.4.18-5, the X server won't restart after exiting.
After logging out from a session, gdm won't restart. The X server won't restart
complaining of problems with AGP. Doing an lsmod, I can see that the agpgart is
used in 6 instances, but no X server is running. AGPGART is an i810 on an HP
e-Vectra

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start X server
2. Exit X server
3. Restart X server
