Description of problem:

the /var/run/mysql dir is not created

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

mysql-5.5.9-2.fc15.x86_64
How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
no /var/run/mysql created

Expected results:

/var/run/mysql created
Additional info:
the /var/tmpfile.d mysql is missing.
