This bug now appeared also in khelpcenter in Fedora 14 with KDE 4.6.2.
This must be a bug somewhere in the docbook stack. We need to figure out what was upgraded on F14 recently which might be related.
The relevant package is the docbook-xsl-style package used at build time. Working: docbook-style-xsl-1.75.2-6.fc14 (used for the 4.6.1 build on F14) Non-working: docbook-style-xsl.noarch 0:1.76.1-2.fc15 (used for the 4.6.1 build on F15) docbook-style-xsl.noarch 0:1.76.1-1.fc14 (used for the 4.6.2 build on F14) The offending F14 update causing the regression on F14: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/docbook-style-xsl-1.76.1-1.fc14 (For F15, this was already broken in the Rawhide tree when F15 branched.)
IMHO, docbook-style-xsl should be downgraded to 1.75.2 (and Epoched to 1) in both F14 and F15 ASAP, preferably before we start building KDE SC 4.6.4 in a month.
(1.76.1 appears to break ALL KDE documentation built against it. :-( )
It also looks like we will need to rebuild ALL packages containing KDE documentation in F15 once we have docbook-style-xsl fixed. :-( The bad version was in the buildroot during the mass rebuild, ALL KDE packages with documentation in F15 and Rawhide are broken now (as well as the F14 KDE packages built after the offending update got pushed to stable).
What exactly is broken? Only generation of those navigation links?
I would prefer to not play a game with epoch, but actually fix the issue - if exists. Do you have some minimal reproducer (some small failing package) - so I could check which element is buggy now and what are current/previous results? TIA.
I suggest a 2-pronged approach 1. tag/override known-good pkgs into dist-f14-kde,dist-f15-kde so we can get fixes out ASAP. 2. continue investigating what broke

Given that, it appears things will be adapted/fixed in the kde-side of things, so I'll move this back over to kdebase-runtime (though having it changed mid-stream in f14 was unfortunate).
Sorry for that, I was not aware of these incompatible changes. Otherwise I would have been much more reluctant to do that rebase in f14.
