Description of problem:
If you read through Kompare's manual, you will find a page of documentation is missing. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kdesdk-4.6.1-1.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Kompare
2. Help->Kompare Handbook
3. Go to the "File Menu" section (under "Command Reference")
  
Actual results:
Page of documentation is missing. Here is the error message:

Could not find filename file-menu.html in file:///usr/share/doc/HTML/en//kompare/file-menu.html.


Expected results:
Help file should be complete.

That's not Kompare's fault, it's KHelpCenter which is broken in F15.
