Comment 2 Kevin Kofler 2011-04-02 07:14:47 UTC
According to the backtrace, that's an infinite recursion in:
0x000000347de266a6 in PackageKit::Transaction::searchGroups (this=0x12006a0, groups=..., filters=...) at transaction.cpp:531
    groupsSL = {<QList<QString>> = {{p = {static shared_null = {ref = {_q_value = 1}, alloc = 0, begin = 0, end = 0, sharable = 1, array = {0x0}}, d = 0x1754330}, d = 0x1754330}}, <No data fields>}

Comment 3 Kevin Kofler 2011-04-02 07:26:56 UTC
This is a PackageKit-qt bug fixed by this upstream commit:
http://gitorious.org/packagekit/packagekit/commit/a32482c30d3760ed5a158d4cad7c1f2a569b49ae
