The attached patch updates the spec to 2.28.3 and enables gobject introspection (adding one+one files) and fixes the requirement on gtk-doc (now a buildrequirement). rpmlint is quite. Is it okay that the source file is also updated?

Matthias Clasen has updated the package to 2.28.3, but gobject-introspection and gtk-doc issues have not been touched; I'm committing a fix based on your changes, but also owning the appropriate gtk-doc and introspection directories.
