Description of problem:
GObject Introspection files (.gir and .typelib) are not installed by libgtop2 package, although upstream tarballs support them.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.28.3-1.fc15

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
$ stat /usr/lib64/girepository-1.0/GTop-1.0.typelib

Actual results:
No such file or directory

Expected results:
A regular file exists and can be opened by GJS and/or PyGObject

Additional info:
Looking at build logs, it seems that gobject-introspection is not found. It could be that a BuildRequires is needed.
