Description of problem:

It appears hitting F5 flips back to the default subtab.

How reproducible:

1) go to Inventory>(some subtab other than the default Child Resources)
2) hit F5
3) see the browser switch to Inventory>Child Resources

Note that the subtab you wanted to refresh with F5 still appears to get refreshed (I can see DB queries being made) but its just thrown away because the UI switches to the default subtab.

Verified on build#1175(Version: 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT Build Number: a90faf9)

Navigated to the 'Inventory->Connection Settings sub tab of a resource(Ex: RHQ Agent), hitting F5 refreshes the page and displays the same tab. It does not switch to child resources sub tab.
Also verified this on hitting F5 on other sub tabs in 'Inventory' tab of the resource.

Bookkeeping - closing bug - fixed in recent release.
