Putting back on MODIFIED.

The true is that spacewalk-backend-1.2.13-46.el5sat is a part of
RHN-Proxy-5.4.1-RHEL5-re20110421.0. However, this is the Satellite
bugzilla a in Satellite-5.4.1-RHEL6-re20110421.0 there is only
spacewalk-backend-1.2.13-44.el6sat.noarch.rpm

Changing to verified:

Teting procedure:
 - rhnpush of arbitrary package
 - check the logs after all the Satellite automation
   grep 'Changing owner' /var/log/httpd/*

Verified against:
spacewalk-backend-1.2.13-46.el6sat.noarch

Verified in stage w/ spacewalk-backend-1.2.13-52 -> release pending.
