Description of problem:
After updating the following packages:

selinux-policy-3.9.16-16.fc15.noarch
selinux-policy-targeted-3.9.16-16.fc15.noarch

empathy stopped working because mission-control couldn't be activated via d-bus.

How reproducible:

Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch empathy
2. it'll complain that mission-control couldn't be started

Actual results:

Empathy can't get online.

Expected results:
mission-control (and related telepathy components, i.e.: gabble) should be started by Empathy wanting to get online.
