The end dates circled in green (plus the end date on the "My Installed Software" which is not shown) are all correct and match the entitlement's UTC end date which when rendered to the user is properly converted to the user's local time zone.

The end dates circled in red are incorrect are are being opened as separate bugzillas:
Bug 703303 - End dates off by 1 day due to UTC rounding
Bug 703286 - Compliance Status date is off

Although partially fixed, I am moving this bug to VERIFIED in favor of what is fixed.
