Right now there is documentation hole where config meets tools, and what it means to the user. It would be beneficial if there were man pages for the tools, outlining features and usage. e.g. what does this feature actually do? Why do I need to set certain parameters to enable this feature, etc.

Fixed the ccp manpage, but skeleton group is not yet supported in ccp. There is an RFE logged to support it.
