Description of Problem:
In rhn_register, it is impossible to use the tab key to get to the forward 
button

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run rhn-_register in GUI mode
2. Try to submit info without using the mouse :)
3. 

Actual Results:
Tab order skips forward button
