per summary, we'd like to install no xine-lib related dependencies in our default kde-4.7 install.  Whether this be done via subpkgs for xine-lib related dependencies or some features being dropped or patched is left to whoever works on this. :)

Last I knew, the xine-lib dep here is in dragon providing dvd menuing support.
