Yes, blockers are closed, but not resolved unfortunately. With relaxed bundling policy, this should not be a big issue. Nevertheless, this package is not that much interesting for me anymore, so it'll be probably better to close this, unless you are asking, since you need this package :)
Nope just trying to do a little janitorial work so the list of potential review requests isn't so imposing on those looking to seek sponsorship or wanting to spend a little time carry out package reviews. Closing as per comment 2
