change from noarch->arch was expected to deal with lack of spice package on no x86. This issue is caused by a lack of BuildRequires: GConf2 in the rpm specfile.

hmm, okay I think I know the problem. I'll actually test that it's fixed this time before pushing a build :)
Should be fixed in virt-manager-0.9.0-4.el6
I'm not really sure either to be honest, but either way it should be a separate bug report. Please try filing it against yum first, they will probably have a better idea if it's something that needs to change on the virt-manager side or not.
