Upgrade in 'text' mode shows lots of staggered text across background 'processing xxxxx'. See attached screenshot.

reproducible 100%. It is really necessary to do an upgrade (the bug doesn't expose under normal install).

in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has 
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed 
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update release.

Tested with anaconda-13.21.126 and text mode looks good.
