Description of problem:
I ran chkfontpath --add /some/directory/that/does/not/exist and it gave me a
message saying that it couldn't add the directory to the font path. However, it
did put a comma alone on a new line in the config file.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
See the description.

Actual Results: catalogue = /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/misc:unscaled,
        ,
        /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi:unscaled,

Expected Results: catalogue = /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/misc:unscaled,
        /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/75dpi:unscaled,
