1. Add auto listen of music library (Music folder) 2. Rythmbox scans music and lists errors in mp3 files 3. Still in preferences dialog, I change prefered format from ogg to mp3 and rythm says that codecs must be installed. I install them. Also for MP4. 4. Rythmbox doesn't update my music library (errors still appear) so I quit all errors. 5. Now, your Rhythmbox will be good > work. all of these gstreamer plugins were installed on my system when the crash happened, so they do not solve the problem. even if they did, it would still be a bug to segfault due to a missing plugin... btw there are comments about playing ogg, flac and other audio files besides mp3 when the bug happened, so it seems unlikely to be related to a particular audio container or codec
