Description of problem:
"Colours" for Untranslated and Fuzzy are difficult to identify when the stat comes over 90%. Also "percentage" may show 100% even there is very short fuzzy/untranslated string remained. 

Expected results:
It would be nice to have them stronger colour with wider space than actual rate of the bar space somewhat. For "percentage", it should not show 100% unless the file is actually 100% completed.

Well, this bug can be duplicate in
Zanata version 1.4-alpha-2-SNAPSHOT (20110928-1104)

thus change to DUPLICATED
