External plugins:

* licensed under GPLv2+
* packager should request upstream to add license file (should be easy since you're also one of upstream maintainer ;) )
* rpmlint output is not relevant: false positive spelling errors and a buggy error detection (python-httplib2 is a pure python module, not a native library)
* since this is a package adapted from mageia, you can keep previous changelog (though not at the usual fedora format) to properly credit the original maintainers, but new entries should be at fedora format.
* It globally respect fedora general and python specific guidelines (no python3 variant supported upstream)
* package installs and is working (at the extent i was able to monkey test it, i don't have a mageia account)

I hereby approve this package into Fedora Packages Collection.
