Jake, what were you doing when this happened? NM is leaking.
I replaced NetworkManager with wicd, this error appears after every boot (i think when wicd is started), i always click the "Dismiss" button, wlan works correctly,... We should dontaudit this. I would bet you there is some kind of redirection using bash going on.
I would also think so because of wicd.
