The same problem with latexila-2.3.0-1.fc16.x86_64. In occurs at the stage of reopening files and opening files "by double-clicking" from Nautilus. When "Reopen files on startup" in "Preferenses" is unchecked (or, dconf ... false), LaTeXila starts OK. Files -> Open -> ... is also OK. Everything works correctly. Files -> Open Recent -> ... (!) also works (i. e. after opening any file with Files -> Open). But the problem occurs again with tht next start-up of latexila and trying to Files -> Open Recent i. e. "/usr/bin/latexila was killed by signal 11 (SIGSEGV)" So, you must: 1. Uncheck "Reopen files on startup" in "Preferenses", or dconf write /apps/latexila/preferences/editor/reopen-files false 2. Don't "Open Resent" anything just after startup. After opening a file with "Files -> Open", you can use "Open Recent" again. It works!
Just started the application as before. Except, before I started I followed up on advice in the bugzilla comment to do the following statement: dconf write /apps/latexila/preferences/editor/reopen-files false After execution I checked the value with dconf-editor and the value was indeed false.
