comment: The problem start appearing perhaps a week or two ago after regular update from yum. It seems to be connected with the wireless network, but I'm not sure. Sometimes reports are harmless, sometimes a kernel panic follows.

Pinged ath9k-devel for some help...

Comment 3 Svilen 2012-01-09 22:51:48 UTC
It seems that this is somehow related (or the same) to the https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=698978
I do have a horribly slow connection and initially didn't think that it is related to the wifi and kernel panics. The workaround suggested there namely
rmmod ath9k
modprobe ath9k nohwcrypt=1
does work for me and did speed-up the connection ~x10 times, but also it seems to stop the crashes.
