tail of /var/log/messages showing time flip-flopping

Description of problem:
After booting, clock is 5 hours slower time at previous shutdown.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kernel-2.6.41.10-3.fc15.x86. Have had this problem since migrating to F15.

How reproducible:
Every time. Can correct manually.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot system.
  
Actual results:
Clock is 5 hours slower.

Expected results:
Correct clock.

Additional info:
Will attach tail of /var/log/messages. Note time of day occasionally flips
back and forth by 5 hours.

Unchecked local time option in system-config-date. Works OK now.

Thought it was fixed, but it wasn't. My kernel is
kernel-2.6.41.10-3.fc15.x86_64 .
