Description of problem: Subscription Manager Manual unlocalized and clik the content links don't work. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): subscription-manager-0.98.14-1.el5 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install rhel5.8 build via http://download.englab.nay.redhat.com/pub/rhel/rel-eng/RHEL5.8-Server-20120202.0/5/x86_64/os/ 2.On the Subscription Manager main window, click Help button. Actual results: Subscription Manager Manual unlocalized and clik the content links don't work. Expected results: Subscription Manager Manual should be localized and clik the content links should work normally. Additional info:

[root@jsefler-rhel59 ~]# rpm -q subscription-manager-gui subscription-manager-gui-1.0.23-1.el5 Although the Subscription Manager Manual list in the right pane is no longer clickable, the left pane containing the same index list IS clicable and works properly.
Verified on subscription-manager-gui-1.0.24-1.el5, the help document is still English and unlocalized.
Re-New as the help document still is in English
