Description of problem:
Network conguration throws an unhandled exception, pops up a dialog box asking
me to report this (likely) bug

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
(GNOME) Select programs > system > network configuration 
Select hardware tab, choose a device and click edit

Actual Results:  dialog box as described above

Expected Results:  expected to get dialog box enabling me to configure hardware
specific parameters
