Add a section/note to the EPP Installation Guide regarding the installation of the SP addon.
Will become new section 6 of guide.
Content should include a link to the SP Installation Guide.

NB: The SP Installation Guide should, inversely, link back to the Post-Installation section of EPP Install Guide.
