Project groups need to be introduced into Zanata, so that the hosted projects and/or their modules can be grouped according to a relevant trait like affiliation to a larger project group, or version.

Basic project version group has been implemented - version group maintainer - filtering version group by status See https://github.com/zanata/zanata/commit/064644c2064e26efe6dd54d1fb18bd70e7cc124d.

New Contents: Cause Versions of multiple projects may have a real-world relationship. For example, the versions of various projects which go into a certain version of Fedora, and need to be translated together. Consequence It was difficult to navigate to associated projects/versions. Change Introduced the concept of Project Groups, which can contain Project Versions. Result By visiting a Project Group, it is easy to navigate to the Project Versions it contains.
