squid no more working with IP in URL

Description of problem:
Clients cannot access URL with IP in it. Clients get timeout.
Same problem with https.

Steps to Reproduce:
Nameserver bind-9.8.2-0.2.rc1.fc16.x86_64 running on the same host.
squid does a reverse lookup for the ip address and gets an answer from the nameserver. squid does not try to open a connection to the requested IP.
squid access log shows (failing squid version):

I reinstalled my last working version squid-22.214.171.124

Bug 3503 - DNS PTR queries timeout due to wrong QIDs
Status: RESOLVED FIXED
Maybe you wait until squid-18.104.22.168-1.fc16 is released to updates repo.
Bug can be closed.
squid-22.214.171.124-1.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16.
squid-126.96.36.199-1.fc16 has been pushed to the Fedora 16 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
