From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; YComp 5.0.2.4) Description of problem: I have been trying to install Red Hat Linux 8.0 for about a week, but every time I reach the step where anaconda is installing "Bluecurve", I get an error message which says "i386.rpm could not be opened", This could be due to missing file, bad media, or bad package". I have included the dump as an attachment. I have checked the media using "boot: linux mediacheck", and all installation CD's passed the test. My system is: Intel Celeron 466Mhz. 128 MB SDRAM Intel 810 graphics. 8.0 GB HDD (Currently used by Windows XP) 3.0 GB HDD (Intended to be used by Red Hat Linux 8.0) It will be great if there is a solution to this problem.
