Description of problem: We can't transfer files using the ascii mode in lftp, the ftp server is a sftp. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5.5 lftp-3.7.11-4.el5_5.3 How reproducible: Try to send some text file to server using lftp. The lftp command hangs after sending data. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create test.txt file 2. Run lftp in ascii mode to send data $ lftp -u xx,xx sftp://xx.xx.xx.xx:22 -e "put -a test.txt; exit" 3. lftp sends the data and hangs Actual results: lftp hangs after sending data Expected results: lftp should not hang Additional info:
