Description of problem:

When switching between different products there is no waiting dialog

How reproducible:
everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Search for a bug
2.switch between products
3.
  
Actual results:
page becomes non responsive until the new data is loaded.

Expected results:
A fancy loading dialog to indicate that work is being done and patience is needed

Additional info:

IMHO as a general rule this should be extended to any part of a page where there is an amount of time between user action and the result of that action.

With bug 823339, we are replacing the Javascript with the Bugzilla 3.6 style 'click to reload' link.
