Description of problem:
When I click the front page link in bugzilla, it gives the following error:

Software error:

Can't use string ("bug_status=NEW&classification=Fe") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at Bugzilla/Search.pm line 680.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (bugzilla-owner), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

2. Click "frontpage"

Above reported error comes up

Expected results:
Front page should be shown
