Description gil cattaneo 2012-05-22 11:57:23 UTC
Spec URL: http://gil.fedorapeople.org/openjpa.spec
SRPM URL: http://gil.fedorapeople.org/openjpa-2.2.0-1.fc16.src.rpm
Description: OpenJPA is Apache's implementation of Sun's Java Persistence 2.0 API
(JSR-317 JPA 2.0) specification for the transparent persistence of
Java objects.

It is an object-relational mapping (ORM) solution for the Java language,
which simplifies storing objects in databases.

=== Other suggestions ===
[x] If possible use upstream build method (maven/ant/javac)
[x] Avoid having BuildRequires on exact NVR unless necessary
[x] Package has BuildArch: noarch (if possible)
[x]  Latest version is packaged.
[!] Reviewer should test that the package builds in mock.
Tested on:

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=4243524

(fails, because there is no buildroot override for simple-jndi yet)

=== Issues ===

1. License doesn't match. NOTICE (and other files) state that software is using also files that fall under CDDL with GPL2 classpath exception.

2. Package doesn't own directory %{_javadir}/%{name} as it should.

simple-jndi

=== Final Notes ===

1. Next time when fixing some issues, bump release tag, please. It makes it easier to detect if files were re-downloaded or re-built, etc.
