We're having proxy errors all the time in multiple scenarios. See for example https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=965089#c9 It's happening since the upgrade to 4.4.

You will still get db timeout errors instead of proxy errors where a query takes more than 118 seconds.
