add missing weld-build-config library

Description of problem:

[INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------
[INFO] Building jersey-servlet 1.12
[INFO] ------------------------------------------------------------------------
[WARNING] The POM for org.jboss.weld:weld-build-config:jar:1.1.5.AS71.Final is missing, no dependency information available

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.1.5.AS71.Final

How reproducible:

Expected results:
package this artifact please
Comment 1 Juan Hernández 2012-05-26 10:43:05 EDT
The weld-build-config.jar file contains only the checkstyle.xml file used in the rest of the build. I think that is not useful to have that packages, as it is never used after the build.

If the problem you have while building jersey-servlet is only I warning I would not change anything. If this is really blocking your build what I would do is remove completely the org.jboss.weld:weld-build-config:jar:1.1.5.AS71.Final artifact from the weld-core build instead of adding the jar file to the package.

I am attaching a patch for that change. Let me know if this solves your problem and I will commit it and build updated packages for rawhide and F17.

Comment 7 Fedora End Of Life 2013-04-03 15:27:04 EDT
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle.
Changing version to '19'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 19 End Of Life. Thank you.)
