After user creation, the user name is not appearing in left pane.

Created attachment 593407 [details] create a user with name 'test_user' but the left pane is not updated with name. Instead a message appears at top Description of problem: After user creation, the user name is not appearing in left pane. When I navigate the users tab again then the left pane was updated with the newly user name. And a message appears on UI is: "did not meet the current search criteria and is not being shown."
