Patch for nut-driver.service

Description of problem:

/lib/systemd/system/nut-driver.service references an incorrect path for upsdrvctl.  It is located at /sbin/upsdrvctl, but the unit file references /usr/sbin/upsdrvctl.

This prevents the unit from starting up properly.

Whoops, my comment got cut off.

I attached a patch that fixes the unit file on my system, so a simple package rebuild should take care of things.
