Thanks for a bug report. The first calendar factory issue is the same as yours bug #841005, thus I would mark this as a duplicate of it, but the backtrace in comment #8 shows main thread of calendar factory being locked by ews.

I moved this upstream, as [1]. Please see [1] for any further updates.

I'm currently building test package with upstream patch at [1]. I'm not sure how often you might see this particular issue, but I added it to our test-stack of patches anyway. Just in case.
