Description of problem:

optional and debuginfo are not imported when importing at the tree level

no optional repo added to distro_tree_repo table

Repos be found

works as expected.

beaker-import has logic to guess these optional and debuginfo locations, but it only applies when importing from .composeinfo. So it seems like beaker-import would need some re-jigging.
