Description of problem:
When selecting a Dashboard to display it takes couple of seconds
where it should be less than that

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.1/si14

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install rhevm+reports
2.Create 1 entity of a kind
3.Select an entity from Tree Pane
  
Actual results:
The relevant Dashboard takes couple of seconds to load (8-11 sec)

Expected results:
The relevant Dashboard should be Preloaded before pressing the dashboard tab
