1.Start->System->Network Configuration (from KDE)
2.Select ADD

Actual Results:  Exception error occurs  

Expected Results:  Add a new Ethernet device

This bug appeared after upgrading kernel from 2.4.18-3 to 2.4.18-
24.7.x.athlon.rpm.
