example spec patch

Description of problem:
add conditionals to be able to build with systemd or sysvinit support whereever applicable.

The example patch also clears obsolete conditionals (<= fc13) and bug 857746 and bug 857749.

Please try the patch if it indeed doesn't touch build systemd system, I couldn't do it myself because mediatomb (even stock one) fails to build in my fc17 machine.

Rawhide build broke, I'll wait for another compose and try again.

* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing mediatomb-0.12.1-19.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
