Description of problem:

pam_winbind.conf is not packaged in samba-winbind-clients where the module is packaged. It needs to be moved from samba-winbind to samba-winbind-clients.

Verified using steps:

# rpm -ql samba4-winbind | grep conf
<Nothing listed>

# rpm -ql samba4-winbind-clients | grep conf
/etc/security/pam_winbind.conf
/usr/share/man/man5/pam_winbind.conf.5.gz
