Refreshing the User Portal brings the Enable WAN options back. This bug may be related to Bug 867134.
I believe the bug was related to the installed applications list disapearing, which I did see before, seemed like there was a disconnect between the User Portal and Spice Vdagent running on the guest. I retested this scenario on si24.5, with RHEV Tools 3.1.9 with a Windows 7 guest & tested on multiple clients Win 7 32bit, RHEL 6.4beta and both are seeing the same behavior: 1. The applications list disapearing issue is no longer seen. 2. The enable WAN options is no longer disapearing; however, there is still an issue. When selecting the WAN options its set to 16bit color & animation is disabled, which is correct. However, closing out the remote-viewer session, I see the Enable WAN option is still there; however, deselecting it, and starting the remote-viewer console session, shows that the WAN options is still enabled after I just disabled it. Reproducible: 100% on both clients. 3. Refreshing the browser and then disabling the WAN options works correctly. I will attach the VDSM log to this bug.
